At Finamodel, we strive to provide high-quality financial modeling tools and services. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for requesting a refund.
2. Consumer Right to Cancel (14-Day Cancellation Period)
If you are a consumer, you have the right to cancel your subscription and receive a full refund within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire 14 days from the day after completion of your initial transaction.
Important: Your right to cancel applies only to your initial subscription purchase. This right does not apply to automatic subscription renewals.
- To meet the cancellation deadline, you must send your cancellation request before the 14-day period expires.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Partial refunds may be provided for unused portions of annual subscriptions, at our discretion.
- Refunds are not available for subscriptions that have been active for more than 14 days from the initial purchase.
3. Enterprise Plans
Enterprise customers with custom agreements should refer to their specific contract terms regarding refunds and cancellations. Please contact your account manager or reach out to our support team for assistance.
4. How to Request a Cancellation or Refund
To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision by making a clear, unambiguous statement. You can do this by:
- Contacting Whop (our payment provider) directly through their Help Center for immediate processing.
- Emailing our support team at support@finamodel.com with the subject line "Cancellation Request".
- Include your account email address and order details in your request.
Upon receiving your cancellation request, we will communicate acknowledgment of receipt to you without delay. Our team will process your request within 3-5 business days.
5. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- One-time purchases of individual financial models after download.
- Services that have been fully rendered or consumed.
- Subscriptions cancelled after the 14-day cancellation period from the initial purchase.
- Automatic subscription renewals (the 14-day right to cancel applies only to initial subscriptions).
6. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting Whop. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to Finamodel until the end of your current billing period. Refunds outside the 14-day cancellation period (which applies only to initial subscriptions) are not available.
7. Complaints Procedure
We are committed to resolving any complaints fairly and promptly. If you are not satisfied with our service or a refund decision, please follow this process:
- Step 1: Contact our support team at support@finamodel.com with details of your complaint. We aim to acknowledge your complaint within 2 business days.
- Step 2: Our team will investigate and respond with a resolution within 10 business days of receiving your complaint.
- Step 3: If you are not satisfied with our response, you may escalate to Whop's buyer support at whop.com.
Alternative Dispute Resolution: If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction through our internal process, you may be entitled to refer the matter to an appropriate trade ombudsman or alternative dispute resolution service in your jurisdiction.
