1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Finamodel ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this Service.

2. Payment Processing & Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Whop. Whop is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Whop provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

When you make a purchase, Whop processes your payment on our behalf. Whop handles all payment routing, tax collection, compliance, invoicing, subscription management, and fraud protection. Your payment card details are processed securely by Whop and are never stored or accessed by Finamodel.

For any payment-related inquiries, refunds, or billing questions, you may contact Whop directly through their support portal or reach out to our support team.

3. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on Finamodel's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials;
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial);
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on Finamodel's website;
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials; or
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Subscription Services: Finamodel offers subscription-based access to our financial modeling tools. When you purchase a subscription, you are entering into a recurring billing agreement.

• Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually) unless cancelled.
• You will be charged the subscription fee at the beginning of each billing cycle.
• Prices are displayed inclusive of applicable taxes, which are calculated by Whop based on your location.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting Whop.

Consumer Right to Cancel: For initial subscription purchases, consumers have a 14-day right to cancel. This right does not apply to automatic renewals. Please see our Refund Policy for full details.

5. Disclaimer

The materials on Finamodel's website are provided on an 'as is' basis. Finamodel makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

No Financial Advice: Finamodel does not provide financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. All outputs generated by our AI-powered tools are for informational and educational purposes only and should be treated as general recommendations or suggestions.

AI Limitations: Our AI technology, while advanced, can make mistakes and may produce inaccurate or incomplete results. You should independently verify all AI-generated outputs before making any financial decisions. Finamodel is not liable for any actions taken based on AI-generated content or any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the outputs.

6. Limitations

In no event shall Finamodel or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Finamodel's website, even if Finamodel or a Finamodel authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

7. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE). You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE.

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith mediation. If mediation is pursued, the parties may mutually agree to conduct proceedings in an alternative jurisdiction as determined during the mediation process.
